How often should my 15 week old breast fed baby be feeding?

I feel like i am constantly feeding her, she goes about every 2 hours, longer at night, roughly about 5 hours. i know that bottle fed babies go about 3 or 4 hours and i just feel like i am bein a terrible mum having no set routine or letting her get the boob every time she wants it.

Any advice vwould be great

YOu are doing great, just as everyone has mentioned. All your baby needs is your milk and nothing else to at minimum 6 months of age. Do not introduce formula because it will actually impact your milk production. If you start giving her 1 bottle a day of formula, your body will stop producing milk for that feeding. If you need to go out or be away for a feeding, you can always pump and store milk in the freezer. Then that way if you are out or you want to sleep during a feeding someone can give your baby a bottle and then you can always pump when you wake up, or at some other point in the day. I got in the habit of pumping in the morning before my son woke up (one side) and would then feed him on the other side. Then you don’t impact your milk supply negatively.

DO NOT give that baby apple until at least 6 months of age though. All it does is fill them up without giving the nutritional requirements they need. The same goes for water, no water until the baby is on solid foods and even at then, if the baby is under 12 months, no more than 1-2 oz per day. They get all the water they need from the breastmilk (or formula)

Keep it up! YOu are doing fantastic!!
